A fresh, carribbean drink made lactose free with coconut milk and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) light rum
  • 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
  • 1 can (400 mL) cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) original flavoured soymilk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Yoplait® Yoptimal® Lactose Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened toasted chipped coconut

Steps

    In pitcher, mix all ingredients except ice and coconut.

    Pour mixture into 5 small glasses filled with ice. Top with coconut. Serve immediately.
