Ingredients

  • 2 bags reduced fat microwave popcorn (any flavour), popped (about 24 cups/6 L)
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) Bugles* Original or Nacho Cheese Flavour Corn Snacks
  • 2 cups (500 mL) pretzel sticks
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 300ºF. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn.

    Divide popcorn, corn snacks and pretzels between two 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bags.

    In small bowl, stir melted spread, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder until blended; pour over mixture in bags. Seal bags; shake to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Seal bags; shake to coat.

    Pour mixture into 2 ungreased 13x9-inch pans.

    Bake 10 minutes; cool. Store in airtight container.
