Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened
  • 1 cup (250 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Bisquick* Mix
  • 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) granola cereal
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped pecans

    Heat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients. On ungreased baking sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.

    Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown (do not overbake). Cool 3 minutes; remove from baking sheet to cooling rack.
