Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick™ Original baking mix
- 3/4 cup Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ carrot cake mix
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ Creamy Deluxe™ cream cheese frosting
- 1 to 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- Chopped walnuts, for topping (optional)
Steps

Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 2 doughnut pans.

In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, cake mix, sugar and salt. Add milk and eggs. Stir until well combined.

Pour batter evenly into doughnut pans, so each donut cup is about 3/4 full of batter.

Bake 10 minutes until doughnuts spring back when lightly touched. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Meanwhile, make the glaze: In a small bowl, stir frosting and pineapple juice until a thick glaze forms.

When doughnuts are fully cooled, drizzle tops with the glaze. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
