Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • pecans
  • 2 containers (100 g each) Yoplait® Source® yogurt (any flavour

    Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    In medium bowl, mix oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In small bowl, lightly beat egg; add milk and syrup. Add egg mixture, blueberries and pecans to oat mixture; stir well to blend.

    Pour mixture into pan. Bake 23 to 27 minutes or until oatmeal is set in center. Spoon into serving bowls; top with yogurt.
