Triple Chocolate Chip and Butterscotch Skillet Cookie

Chocolate, butterscotch, caramel and marshmallow all baked in a skillet to make one irresistible giant cookie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10-12 caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
  • Vanilla ice cream and honey, for serving (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Beat together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Beat in the egg until combined. Add in the flour, baking soda and salt until no more white streaks appear.

    Stir in the caramels, white chocolate, dark chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Fold in the marshmallow fluff.

    Spread the batter out into a 10-inch, greased cast iron skillet.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
