Toaster Strudel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ Frozen Apple Pastries
  • 2 packages (8 oz/250 g each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
  • 3 oz (85 g) white chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar apple butter
  • Graham crackers

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Lightly grease or spray, with non-stick cooking spray, a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Toast each strudel per directions on the box and lay them flat in the dish.

    In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Beat in vanilla, white chocolate and eggs.

    Pour mixture over Toaster Strudels and smooth with a spatula.

    Bake for 25-30 mins. until centre is just set.

    Remove bars from oven and gently spread apple butter over top of bars.

    Cover and chill for two hours.

    To serve, cut bars into squares and top with strudel icing and crushed graham crackers.
