Raspberry Peach Rosè Sangria

This refreshing fruit-filled sangria is sure to be a hit at those summertime happy hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups peeled fresh peach slices (2 large)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur or brandy
  • 1 bottle (750 mL) rosè wine, chilled
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup* (see below)
  • Orange or lemon slices, if desired
  • Chilled sparkling water, if desired

    In large pitcher, mix peach slices and raspberries. Stir in orange juice, liqueur, wine and simple syrup. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow flavours to blend.

    Pour into 6 glasses.

    Garnish with slices and a splash of sparkling water.

  • Tip 1
    *To make simple syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 month.
