Ham and Egg Crescent Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 crescents) Pillsbury* Original Crescents or Reduced Fat Crescents
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)

    Separate dough into 2 long rectangles. Press rectangles in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Press all perforations to seal.

    In bowl, beat eggs; pour into dough-lined pan. Top with ham, bell pepper and cheese.

    Bake at 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
