Tired of flipping pancakes on a greasy griddle? This yummy pancake bakes in the oven and is ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen (thawed) sliced peaches (2 medium)
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) Fibre 1* Original Cereal

Steps

    Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease round pan, 8 or 9x1 1/2 inches. Heat pan in oven.

    Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk and eggs with hand beater until smooth. Pour into hot pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are brown. Immediately spoon yogurt and peaches into sunken pancake center; sprinkle with cereal. Serve warm.
