No hot dog buns in the house? It’s the perfect time to spice up your family’s life with this new idea for hot dogs! If your children are not salsa lovers, try using ketchup instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (297 g) Old El Paso* Medium Flour Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Old El Paso* Thick N’ Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg regular or BBQ hot dogs (12 wieners)
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) butter, melted

Steps

    Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Spread tortillas with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.

    Place a hot dog on each tortilla. Roll-up and place seam side down on a baking sheet; brush with melted butter.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden. Serve with extra salsa.
