Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) BISQUICK* mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) raisins
  • 8 pieces (each 11/2-inches/4 cm) red string licorice
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • Maple Syrup

Steps

    Prepare pancakes according to package directions. This should make 12 pancakes. On four dinner plates, stack 2 pancakes each.

    For bunny's face, arrange 2 raisins for eyes, cherry for nose and licorice for mouth.

    Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with raisins.

Expert Tips

  • Tip 1
    Tip: To make the best pancakes: Don't over mix the batter. Leave a few lumps in it. Make sure the griddle is hot. A few drops of water sprinkled on the surface should dance. Freeze extra pancakes. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze without stacking. Once frozen, place them in plastic freezer bags for up to 4 months.
