Ingredients

  • 1 Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • Parchment paper

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Prepare the cookie batter according to the package directions, using the instructions for "drop cookies". Blend the cookie mix, butter and egg to form dough. Gently stir in the cranberries, white chocolate chips and walnuts (if using).

    Bake one tray at a time for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the cookie edges become golden.
