Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25oz) pkg. Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pints whole strawberries, about 50
  • 1 16oz can Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 15 wooden skewers

    Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, whisk eggs, oil, water and cake mix until smooth. Pour onto lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely, about 1 hour.

    Trim 1” off each side of cake an. Slice the cake 5 rows lengthwise and 10 rows horizontally into 1” cubes.

    Place a strawberry onto a skewer, followed by a cake square with a teaspoon of frosting. Repeat until you have 2 squares of cake and 3 berries on each skewer. Top with a blueberry and drizzle with melted white chocolate
