Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
  • 2 3/4 cups (675 mL) hot water
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper* Lasagne
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

    In large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

    Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked pasta and sauce mix. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; simmer about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
