This is the slaw of summer! With its fresh, tropical twist on ordinary coleslaw, this pineapple version is slightly sweet and perfectly tangy. Recipe by Tablespoon.com.

Ingredients

  • 1 package shredded cabbage (about 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    In medium bowl, toss all ingredients with tongs to completely combine.
