Cranberry Walnut Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups (550 mL) Bisquick* Mix
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar

    Heat oven to 450ºF.

    Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 10 to 12 spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Bate 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

    Tip: Before baking, biscuits can be covered and refrigerated up to 4 hours. Bake as directed.

    Tip: If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.
