Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) Yoplait® Source Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cumin
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup /125 mL)
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tbsp/30 mL)
  • 12 imitation crabmeat sticks (about 1 oz each), chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely shredded red bell pepper
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tbsp/30 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) pepper
  • 4 large (10 inch) flour tortillas

    In small bowl, mix yogurt, cilantro, cumin, tomato and green onions.

    In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining ingredients except tortillas over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.

    Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons salsa on each tortilla; top with about 2/3 cup crabmeat mixture. Roll up each tortilla; cut diagonally into thirds.
