Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Betty Crocker™ chocolate chunk brownie mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix boxes
  • 1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ Creamy Deluxe™ vanilla frosting
  • 18 candy eyeballs
  • 9 miniature jelly beans, assorted colours
  • Decorating sugar (assorted colours), as desired

Steps

  •
    1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, letting foil hang 2 inches over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on boxes. Spread in pan.
  •
    2
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely, about 1 hour. Freeze in pan 30 minutes.
  •
    3
Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel foil away. Cut out 9 bunny faces using 3 1/2-inch bunny face-shaped cookie cutter. Gently push brownie out of cutter each time. Set aside end pieces for snacking. If cutter gets sticky, wipe clean with damp paper towel before cutting again.
  •
    4
Spoon frosting into small resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal bag. Cut small tip from one corner of bag. For each bunny, squeeze bag to pipe 2 small dabs for eyes, and place candy eyeballs. Press jelly bean in center of face, and pipe 3 small lines on either side for whiskers. Pipe lines for ears; sprinkle coloured sugar on top. Repeat with remaining brownies (use photo as guide).
  •
    5
Let stand about 30 minutes or until frosting is set. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature in single layer.

Expert Tips

  • Tip 1
To easily line bottom of pan, tip upside down and form foil around bottom and sides. Flip pan over, and place foil insert inside pan for a perfect fit!
  • Tip 2
Try extra brownie pieces as a topping for ice cream sundaes!
