Blue Hawaiian Pizza

This fun riff on classic Hawaiian pizza trades bacon for Canadian bacon and adds blue cheese for an elevated take on an American favourite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury™ refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps

    Heat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack in low position. Unroll dough with oven-safe parchment paper onto ungreased large baking sheet (dough bakes on paper). Brush with olive oil. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Top crust with mozzarella cheese. Top with pineapple and bacon.

    Bake 7 to 11 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with blue cheese. Drizzle with honey.
