Cake-batter crepes hug ice cream and sport frosting caps for a totally cool and creative birthday-cake remix!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ cherry chip cake mix (or your favourite flavour)
  • 1 cup water (called for on box)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (called for on box), plus extra for griddle
  • 3 eggs (called for on box)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups birthday-cake flavoured ice cream (may have leftovers)
  • tub Betty Crocker™ Creamy Deluxe™ vanilla frosting
  • 1 tube decorating cookie icing (7 oz) (your choice of colours)
  • Sprinkles as desired for decorating

    Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Add tsp of vanilla and cup of milk. Mix well to a thin consistency.

    PANCAKES: If making thin crepes is daunting, make pancakes instead. Simply pour the batter onto the griddle like making any other pancakes. (Don't swirl to thin them out.) Fry, flip and cook through. Instead of rolling, serve with ice cream and frosting on top of pancakes.
