Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (510 g) Pillsbury* Refrigerated Chocolate Chip or Chocolate Explosion Cookies
  • 2 cups (500 mL) strawberry, vanilla ice cream OR frozen yogurt
  • fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries, bananas ...)

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Press cookie dough over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

    Spread with ice cream. Freeze until serving time.

    Top with fruit. Cut into wedges to serve (if necessary, let stand at room temperature a few minutes for ease in cutting).
