Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175mL) Strawberry Greek (2%) Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Cheerios™ cereal or MultiGrain Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 to 3 tsp (10 to 15 mL) honey, as desired

    Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend on high speed 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
