1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup (250 mL) pecan halves
1 cup (250 mL) white vanilla chips
3 eggs
¾ cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
¾ cup (175 mL) cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp (25 mL) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange peel
