Turkey & Broccoli Pasta

Perfect for a busy weeknight, this quick-fix meal stars Hamburger Helper* dinner mix, ground turkey, broccoli and creamy mozzarella cheese.


1 lb (500 g) ground turkey
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) hot water
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 pkg (240 g) Hamburger Helper* Three Cheese Manicotti
1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Cut Broccoli
1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Cook turkey in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • Stir in hot water, milk, Pasta, Sauce Mix and oregano. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in broccoli. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cook uncovered until cheese is melted.

Tip: Often "low-fat" ground meat contains a combination of white and dark meat. To ensure you're truly getting low-fat ground turkey, be sure to ask your butcher for ground breast meat only.
