Turn easy chocolate chip cookies into a triple-chip indulgence.


1 pouch (496 g) Betty Crocker* Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1/2 cup (125 mL) butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup (125 mL) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup (125 mL) white chocolate chips


  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms.
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches (5 cm) apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  • Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
