Ingredients:
1/2 lb (250 g) bulk Italian pork sausage1/2 lb (250 g) lean ground beef3 1/3 cups (875 mL) Bisquick* Mix3/4 cup (175 mL) cold water3 cups (750 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese1 3/4 cups (425 mL) pizza sauce1 cup (250 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped green pepper
Method:
Press or roll remaining part of dough into 13x9-inch rectangle. Fold crosswise into thirds; place on cheese in centre of baking dish and unfold. Press edges of bottom and top crusts together to seal. Make small slits in top crust. Spread remaining pizza sauce over crust; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
