Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) water
1 (3-oz.) pkg strawberry flavour gelatin
3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (half 12-oz can)
2 cups (500 mL) cold water
1 (750 mL) bottle rose wine, chilled
1 (750 mL) bottle champagne, chilled

2 cups (500 mL) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen

Method:

Bring water to a boil in small saucepan. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool 15 minutes.
In punch bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, cold water and gelatin mixture; mix well.
Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries.

Variation: : An unexpected ingredient - strawberry-flavoured gelatin - gives this punch velvety smooth texture.
