Cookies
1 box Betty Crocker* SuperMoist* Devil's Food Cake Mix
3/4 cup (175 mL) water
1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tbsp (25 mL) red food colour
1 box (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
Filling
1 cup (250 mL) butter or margarine, softened
2 cups (500 mL) marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) icing sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
Topping
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh blueberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh raspberries
Variation: : If you'd like smaller pies, use 2 tablespoons batter; bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
