1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
2 tbsp (25 mL) packed brown sugar
2 tbsp (25 mL) orange juice
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg
1 cup (250 mL) Fibre 1* Honey Clusters* cereal, slightly crushed
1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped pecans
3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
