Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups (325 mL) peach or vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Honey Nut Cheerios* cereal
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in juice, drained
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 banana, sliced
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground cinnamon, if desired
Substitution : For frostier smoothies, substitute 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) frozen sliced peaches, slightly thawed, for the canned peaches.
