Ingredients:
1 pouch (496 g) Betty Crocker* Sugar Cookie Mix
1/3 cup (75 mL) butter
1 egg
2 tbsp (25 mL) flour
Red and green food colouring
16 thin rectangular crème de menthe candies, cut into thirds
Assorted coloured sprinkles, sugars, decors and decorating gels
Substitution Tip: Instead of the crème de menthe candies, use one of either a small round chocolate-covered creamy mint or 1/4 tsp (1mL) toffee bit in each cookie.
