Halloween Black Cat Cake
 
 
 
 

Ingredients:

1 pkg (510 g) Betty Crocker* SuperMoist Devil's Food Cake Mix (or any chocolate flavour)
water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on cake mix box
1 large yellow gumdrop
1 small black gumdrop
1 black shoestring licorice

Method:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (180°C), (325°F/160°C for dark non-stick pans.)
  • Make and cool cake as directed on box for two 8 or 9-inch (20 or 23 cm) round pans.
  • Store loosely covered.
For this recipe you'll need SuperMoist*Devil's Food Cake Mix

Tip
Tip: Can't find black shoestring licorice? Use black decorating gel instead; it can often be found near the cake and frosting items in your grocery store.
