Ingredients:
Orange-Ginger Marinade
2 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) sesame or vegetable oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) orange juice
1 tsp (5 mL) grated gingerroot or 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
Sandwiches
4 tuna steaks, about 4 oz/125 g each
3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 kaiser or sandwich buns, split
Lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
Substitution : Use your favourite buns in place of the kaiser rolls.Success : Fish generally takes about 10 minutes to grill for each inch of thickness. Add more time if the steaks are thicker, or grill the fish for slightly less time if the pieces are thinner.
