Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin (3/4 to 1 lb/375 - 500 g)
1 tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
1 tsp (5 mL) packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground mustard
1 medium green onion, finely chopped (1 tbsp/15 mL)
Success : This amount of pork fits nicely in most grill baskets, but you could also thread the pieces on skewers to cook them.Success : If you opt for bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning. Turn the skewers once during cooking.
