2 tbsp (30 mL) hot water
2 pkgs (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (300 mL each) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup (250 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed (undiluted)
2/3 cup (150 mL) chocolate-flavoured syrup
