Ingredients:
Cookies:
1 pouch Betty Crocker* Sugar cookie mix
1/3 cup (75 mL) unsweetened baking cocoa
2 tbsp (25 mL) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup (75 mL) sour cream
¼ cup (50 mL) butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
1 egg
Filling:
2/3 cup (150 mL) marshmallow crème
1/3 cup (75 mL) butter, softened
½ tsp (2 mL) vanilla
2/3 cup (150 mL) icing sugar
Topping:
1 tbsp (15 mL) icing sugar
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) unsweetened baking cocoa
How To: To easily scoop marshmallow creme out of the jar, lightly spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray.
Special Touch: Skip the icing sugar topping and drizzle cookies with melted chocolate. Colour the cookie filling using food colour for special occasions.
