1 can (311 g) Pillsbury* Soft Italian Breadsticks
2 tbsp (25 mL) olive oil
Dried Italian seasoning or oregano
Chowder
1 cup (250 mL) chicken broth
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced carrots
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced celery
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
1/4 tsp (1 mL) dried thyme
1/4 tsp (1mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) milk
1 can (14 oz/398 mL) Green Giant* Cream Style Corn
1 can (12 oz/341 mL) Green Giant* NIBLETS* WHOLE KERNEL CORN, drained
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Variation: Try adding 1/2 cup (125 mL) cooked, chopped bacon or ham to chowder.Double up recipe, cool before freezing and freeze in individual containers for up to 3 months.
