Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury* Pizza Crust
1 cup (250 mL) no-salt-added tomato sauce
2 cans (19 oz/540 mL) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits in juice, well drained
1/2 fresh lime or 4 tsp (20 mL) lime juice
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
Substitution : If desired, 1 cup (250 mL) chopped, reduced fat, smoked turkey breast can be substituted for 1 can of the beans.
