Ingredients:
2 mangoes, seed removed, peeled and chopped (2 cups/500 mL)
2 cups (500 mL) mango sorbet
2 containers (175 g each) reduced fat vanilla yogurt (1 1/2 cups/375 mL)
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) fat-free (skim) milk or soymilk
Did You Know?: Mango adds vitamins A and C, and the yogurt and milk add calcium and vitamin D.
Purchasing : For the best flavour and colour, choose ripe mangoes; look for skins that are yellow with blushes of red.
