1/4 cup (50 mL) fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp (10 mL) yellow mustard
2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tbsp/30 mL)
1/2 medium apple, thinly sliced
4 slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
