1-1 1/2 lb (500-750 g) halibut, salmon, sole or other fish fillets (about 4)
2 tbsp (25 mL) olive oil
2 cups (500 mL) peeled, diced Yukon Gold potato (about 2 medium)
2 cups (500 mL) Green Giant* VALLEY SELECTIONS* Frozen Lima Beans
1 cup (250 mL) Green Giant* Frozen NIBLETS* WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red pepper
1/4 cup (50 mL) diced onion
1 tsp (5 mL) fresh chopped thyme (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL dried)
1/2 tsp (2 mL) seasoned salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each, garlic powder and pepper
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) cayenne pepper
