Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup/175 mL)
1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped kalamata or ripe olives
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh basil or oregano leaves
1/4 cup (50 mL) olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
4 tuna steaks, 1 inch/2.5 cm thick (about 2 lb/1 kg)
